Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of karambase.com (the “Website”) and the purchase of digital in-game items offered on it. By using the Website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, do not use the Website.

1. About Karambase

Karambase is an online store operated by Blue Horizon Sp. z o.o. that offers digital cosmetic in-game items (“skins”) for Counter-Strike 2, delivered to your Steam account. We are an independent retailer. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Valve Corporation.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. By using the Website you confirm that you meet these requirements and that your use complies with all laws applicable to you, including the Steam Subscriber Agreement.

3. Your Account and Steam Sign-In

Certain features require you to sign in using Steam. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Steam account and for all activity that occurs through your sign-in. You agree to provide accurate information (including a valid Steam trade URL) so that we can deliver your items. We may suspend or terminate access where we reasonably suspect fraud, abuse, or a breach of these Terms.

4. Products and Pricing

• All items are digital goods. Product images and descriptions are provided for reference; the specific item delivered corresponds to the listing you purchase, including its float value, exterior and other displayed attributes.
• Prices are shown in euros (EUR) and may change at any time before you place an order. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at checkout.
• Prices of in-game items reflect market conditions and may fluctuate. We make no representation that any item will retain or increase in value.
• We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel and refund an order affected by an obvious mistake.

5. Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Google Pay and Apple Pay through secure, PCI-DSS-compliant payment providers. By submitting an order you authorise the relevant payment for the full order amount. Orders are processed once payment is successfully authorised. We do not store your full card details.

6. Delivery

• Items are delivered digitally to your Steam inventory, typically within seconds of a confirmed payment.
• Successful delivery requires a valid, public Steam account, a correct trade URL, sufficient inventory space, and that your account is able to receive trades.
• Delivery may be delayed or temporarily prevented by factors outside our control, including Steam trade holds, Steam Guard restrictions, Steam maintenance, or account-level trade bans. Where delivery cannot be completed, we will work with you to deliver the item or issue a refund in accordance with our Refund Policy.

7. Finality of Digital Sales

Because our products are digital items delivered instantly, you acknowledge and agree that, once an item has been delivered to your Steam inventory, the order is complete and final, subject to your statutory consumer rights and our Refund Policy.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• use the Website for any unlawful, fraudulent or abusive purpose;
• use stolen payment methods or engage in chargeback fraud;
• attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, scrape or gain unauthorised access to the Website or its systems;
• resell, exploit or misrepresent our services; or
• infringe the rights of others or violate the terms of any third-party platform, including Steam.

9. Risk Acknowledgement

Trading and holding in-game items carries inherent risks, including value volatility and platform-level restrictions imposed by Valve. You are solely responsible for understanding these risks and for compliance with the rules of Steam and Counter-Strike 2.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website — including the Karambase name, logo, design, text and graphics — is owned by or licensed to Blue Horizon Sp. z o.o. and protected by law. “Counter-Strike”, “CS2” and related marks and assets are the property of Valve Corporation. Nothing on the Website grants you any right to these third-party marks.

11. Disclaimers

The Website and services are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties not expressly stated, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. This section does not limit your mandatory statutory rights as a consumer.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability arising out of or in connection with an order shall not exceed the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for losses caused by events beyond our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Blue Horizon Sp. z o.o. from claims, losses and expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Website.

14. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection provisions of the country in which you reside. Disputes shall be subject to the competent Polish courts. Consumers in the EU may also use the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the current version. Continued use of the Website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
